I would highly recommend this service if unable to get into your regular GP. Service is usual reasonable quick. I visited today with a severed finger and and was seen to almost immediately. Anna and Janice were the nurse on and were, as always, fantastic!

What stood out most was the way they took the time to build rapport with her. They spoke gently, explained what was happening in a way she could understand, and acknowledged that the infection and procedure could be painful. Unlike our GP experience earlier that same day they didn’t rush—instead, they prioritised her comfort by providing appropriate pain relief before attempting to remove the earring back lodged under the skin.
Their empathy, patience, and professionalism made a stressful situation so much more manageable. They offered constant reassurance and made her feel safe throughout the process.

It has access to fast imaging if you are time poor and want a private experience without the full private price tag! Only a small fee associated with the clinic. (You can’t put a price on good health care anyway)
Easy reception/sign in process, plenty of parking. Was seen really fast even with people coming in - I’m never going to a public hospital ever again unless it’s something extremely urgent that’s out of Fast Tracks scope.
Will be back if I need prompt accessible healthcare!
