Open 8am to 8pm, seven days 60 Coonan Street, Indooroopilly Walk in without an appointment

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains how Fast Track Urgent Care handles personal information collected through this website. It covers the care guide, contact and newsletter forms, maps, ratings, analytics and links to external booking services.

This public website currently provides phone and email contact links and links to HotDoc. Contact forms, newsletter subscriptions and arrival notifications are not enabled. The sections below about these optional features apply only if they are enabled in future.

Medical information and emergencies

This website is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for medical advice. Call 000 for a life-threatening emergency.

Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, test results or other health information in the contact or newsletter forms. Clinical records created during a visit are handled under the clinic's separate health information procedures and legal obligations.

Information we may collect

Practical contact enquiries

If a contact form is enabled in future and you choose to use it, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number and practical message. The form specifically asks you not to include medical information.

News and service updates

If newsletter subscriptions are enabled in future and you choose updates, we may collect your first name, email address, mobile number, the channel you selected, the consent time and the page or form where you subscribed. Email and text consent are separate choices.

Technical information

Hosting and security systems may process an IP address, browser type, device details, request time and pages requested. This information supports site delivery, fraud prevention, rate limiting and troubleshooting.

Website usage and performance

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand broad website use and loading performance. These tools provide aggregate information such as page groups, referral websites, country, browser and device type. They do not use advertising cookies or record care-guide questions, conversations, symptoms, contact details or booking information.

We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent to these tools. Medical service pages are grouped together, and articles are grouped together, so specific condition names are not sent as page addresses. We omit usage analytics where an external referral address contains more than its website origin. Registration, booking, search and unknown pages are excluded. Browser Do Not Track requests are respected, and performance information is sampled.

How the care guide works

The care guide does not store or send a conversation transcript. Questions and selections are used in your browser to display general guidance. Choosing ‘Walk in now’ opens Google Maps directions. It does not notify the clinic, register your arrival or send your question or selected concern to the clinic.

The care guide provides general navigation only. It does not diagnose, triage or create a medical record.

Why we use information

  • Respond to practical, non-clinical enquiries
  • Send clinic news and service updates only through channels selected by the subscriber
  • Record and manage marketing consent and unsubscribe requests
  • Operate, secure and improve the website
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations

Fast Track does not sell personal information.

Marketing is optional. Choosing email updates does not consent to text messages, and choosing text messages does not consent to email. You can unsubscribe using the link or instructions in a message, or contact the clinic using the details below.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect information that must be retained for legal, security or consent-record purposes.

Connected providers

The site may use these providers when the relevant connection is enabled:

  • Supabase to securely store newsletter subscriptions and consent records
  • Email or messaging providers to deliver updates selected by a subscriber
  • Google Maps and Google Places to display directions, a map and the clinic's aggregate rating
  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for the limited website usage and performance measurements described above
  • Cloud hosting providers to deliver, protect and monitor the website

Google maps, rating links and other embedded or external services may collect information under their own privacy terms. HotDoc is an external booking service and applies its own privacy policy when you open it.

Storage, access and disclosure

Information is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it for the purposes above. Providers may process information in Australia or overseas, depending on their service locations and safeguards.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, consent records and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct personal information held about you, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern. Fast Track may need to verify identity before actioning a request.

Email admin@urgentcarebne.com.au or write to 60 Coonan Street, Indooroopilly QLD 4068. You can also phone (07) 2113 8660 for a practical privacy enquiry.
