About Simon Rohde

Part of your care team.

Dr Simon is a dedicated and highly skilled Emergency Medicine Specialist with more than 10 years of clinical experience. He first trained in pharmacy before completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and began his ACEM (ED) specialist training in 2011. In July 2022, he was appointed Director of St Andrew’s Emergency Centre.

Simon has a heart for people and the community. He founded Fast Track Urgent Care to make high quality medical care accessible for everyone, without the long wait times.

By providing timely care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, Fast Track takes the pressure off busy emergency departments so they can focus on critical cases.

What makes Fast Track unique is that it is the only private urgent care clinic in Brisbane, and that independence brings huge benefits to our community:

  • We respond quickly to the needs of our patients.
  • Tailor our services specifically to the local community, ensuring that care is not only fast but also relevant and compassionate.
  • Foster a friendly, personal atmosphere where our team knows the community and takes pride in providing a welcoming environment.
  • Innovate and adapt, whether that means investing in better equipment or introducing new services. Because we are not limited by big bureaucracies or one-size-fits-all policies.

Simon’s vision was simple: to provide Fast, Expert, Compassionate care that serves the people of Brisbane — everyday.
