2. A clinician assesses the problem

Our clinical team will ask about your symptoms or injury, when they started, what has changed, and any relevant medications, allergies or medical history. Depending on your condition, they may examine the affected area, check your vital signs and ask further questions. This assessment helps determine what investigations or treatment you may need next.

3. Pathology and Imaging may be recommended

X-ray, CT and pathology services are available on site when clinically required. X-ray and CT are currently available until 7:30pm daily. Onsite pathology can collect blood samples, and some urgent tests can be performed during your visit.

Your clinician will discuss which tests, if any, are appropriate for your condition. Test availability may vary depending on the time of your visit and the investigation required.

*X-rays and CT scans are bulk billed for Medicare-eligible patients. Some pathology tests may also be bulk billed for eligible patients, depending on the test and applicable Medicare requirements.

4. Receive clear next steps

Before you leave, your clinician will explain the next steps in your care. Depending on your condition, this may include treatment at the clinic, advice for recovery at home, follow-up care, or referral to a GP, physiotherapist or specialist. If your condition requires hospital-level care, we will advise you and help arrange appropriate escalation where necessary.

The right care pathway can only be determined after your condition has been clinically assessed.
